We stayed here in a motor home and were placed in a "back in" site. There was plenty of room and the site was fairly level, but the surface was made up of crushed rock. They advertise Wi-Fi, but it isn't free. Available for a charge of $4.25/day. There were so many rules for the pool that we didn't bother to use it. I think that was their purpose. The bathrooms and showers reminded me of a filthy gas station type and were in disrepair. One was noted as being last inspected in 1992. Enough said. They should be completely torn down and redone. We won't stay here again.

The only plus for this park is its location to the ocean. We understand that this park is under new ownership and improvements are being made. However, the back in spaces are small and barely allow for slide outs. There are trashy sites that give this park a negative impression. The bathrooms and showers are filthy. We watched the bathrooms/showers going through their cleaning process; which is a high pressured hose followed by a dousing with disinfectant. The price paid per night is way over priced for what you get. There are children running wild all over this park. This causes a safety hazard for all vehicles that enter it. We will never stay at this park again.

We enjoyed the wide open spaces that this park offers. The hiking trails and the close location to the ocean are a plus. There are allot of families that stay and camp at this park, but the noise level was low. The showers and bathrooms are neat and clean. However, being limited to only one shower and shower lengths of 5 minutes is a negative. We enjoyed the staff and they were always available to answer questions and to help. We will stay here again.

This RV park is showing its age. It is in desperate need of upgrading. The bathrooms and showers are filthy. The park doesn't have wireless, but can be purchased for $6.00 per day. The pads are uneven and tight because of some trees being over grown. The only saving grace was that some of the staff were really nice. If given any other choice on where to stay in the area, we will choose the other.

We enjoyed our stay at this park. The staff and management are second to none. The pool, jacuzzi, bathrooms and showers are pristine. The only negatives are the rail road train noise and the back in only sites. Although there are only back in sites, the management and staff make sure there is always help available to negotiate the spaces. The whole park is neat and clean. We enjoyed the people that use the park. We will always have this park on the top of our list and will stay here again.

We have stayed at many RV parks and this is the best overall park we have visited. If we could rate it higher than a 10, we would. The showers and bathrooms were perfectly clean. The layout of the park is excellent with plenty of room for our motor home. The staff and management were the best. We had a wonderful experience and will stay at this park again. The pool and jacuzzi are pristine. The gas fire pits and walking path along the river are a wonderful touch.
